Are Celsius Energy Drinks Healthy?

Celsius is a pre- exercise supplement drink which contain important ingredients such as green tea, guarana, caffeine, taurine, ginger, &  vitamins which is vital to raise metabolism and keeping energized.

Celsius may slightly boost metabolism and burns body fat. Individual who consume celsius energy drink during   their workout had more improvement as compared to those who don't drink.

Celsius Energy is sugar-free, but does uses artificial sweeteners like stevia, erythritol, and sucralose and not added sugar.

 Celsius can be consumed moderately  to Individuals with health issues, especially heart conditions,  should avoid due to its high caffeine content.
